Mike Sandau, an Idaho native, started his company "Sandau Builders" in 1978. He has built properties and friendships from Calder, Idaho to the Canadian border, as well as forging valuable working relationships with the area's leading architects, excavators and landscapers. For over 18 years he has built custom homes exclusively at Priest Lake where he resides with his family and now works with his son Von. He has long-term relationships with his crew and possesses extensive knowledge about the area and conditions.
